This Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for residential electrical services, project reviews, troubleshooting, wiring support, generator-related electrical inquiries, solar-related electrical inquiries, contractor support, and related services provided or discussed by ABIQUA ELECTRIC LLC.

General Policy

Electrical services are custom services based on labor, travel, scheduling, troubleshooting, materials, site conditions, project planning, permits, safety requirements, and customer instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, time spent, materials purchased, third-party costs, and agreed service scope.

If Work Has Not Started

If a customer has paid for a service and work has not started, a refund may be considered. The customer should contact ABIQUA ELECTRIC LLC as soon as possible.

If Work Has Already Started

If travel, service review, troubleshooting, project planning, wiring work, installation work, material ordering, contractor coordination, generator-related work, solar-related review, or administrative preparation has already started, a partial or no refund may apply depending on time spent and costs incurred.

Completed Services

Completed service calls, completed troubleshooting, completed electrical work, completed installation work, completed project reviews, completed consultation, completed contractor support, and delivered service guidance are generally not refundable once provided.

Materials and Product Costs

Materials, electrical parts, fixtures, breakers, outlets, switches, wiring, generator-related equipment, solar-related equipment, special-order items, and third-party products may not be refundable once purchased, ordered, installed, used, opened, or customized.

Third-Party Fees

Permit fees, inspection fees, utility fees, supplier fees, manufacturer fees, shipping fees, special-order costs, and third-party service costs are subject to third-party policies and may not be refundable through ABIQUA ELECTRIC LLC.

Customer Delays

Refunds may not be available for delays caused by missing information, lack of property access, inaccurate project details, customer schedule changes, unsafe site conditions, unavailable approvals, incomplete preparation, or changes requested after work has started.

No Guarantee of Approval

Permit decisions, inspection results, utility requirements, product availability, and third-party approval decisions are outside full control of ABIQUA ELECTRIC LLC. A delay or denial by a third party does not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.

No Guarantee of Results

Electrical service results may depend on existing wiring, device condition, building condition, product condition, utility service, customer-provided equipment, and site-specific factors. Lack of a specific result does not automatically create a refund right for work already performed.
